Information you submit through the contact form: name, company, country, email, phone (optional), equipment interest, and the content of your message. Server logs may temporarily record technical metadata (IP address, browser, timestamp) for security purposes.

Submitted data is processed for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry and, where applicable, preparing a quotation. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR — your explicit consent — and Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures requested by you.

Inquiry data is retained for as long as required to respond to your request and to maintain a reasonable record of business correspondence, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your data is handled by Kivot Kft. personnel and, where strictly necessary, by service providers acting as processors under appropriate agreements (e.g. email hosting). Data is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting office@kivot.hu. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian Data Protection Authority (NAIH).
